The laughter - the salvation of the laugh

oṃ ha ha ha vismaye svāhā

Spirituality analyses man from a higher standpoint than modern psychology and sees him only as a temporary state of human developement.

The secular scientific branch of laughter is the geotology (from Greek γέλως gélōs "Laugh", Genitive γέλωτος gélōtos), which illuminates the effects of laughter and the physical and psychological aspects of laughter.

Concerning this an unpleasant example : The LAUGHTER and the smile.

During human development, we note that although joyful laughing of children exist, the real laughter increases at the beginning of puberty. This goes so far that parts of the female teens ever giggle in their puberty.

Laughter is therefore in the context of sexuality and lower vital sphere of nature, and it serves as natural means of communication.
The relationships of the adults get thus an erotic undertone, which is provided by the nature in order to ensure the preservation of the race. Laughter unites the contradictions temporaray and conceals them by a pitch (even at the beer table, - until the riot ...).

* The laughter is deliberately used to manipulate the mood laughed at by appealing to their primitive self. The so-called "presenters" control this laughter and use it specifically as a career agent and enforcement agent.

* The highlight of this abuse is the laughter that springs from the evilness.
Some modern employers present a permanent smile, to polish up the communication interface, and it is often  used to gloss over  the dishonesty.

A certain inside fragile type of person is so subconsciously manipulated. Today's average man is far from that state of personalization, that he controls himself and cannot be manipulated.

For Aristotle, we laugh at inferior or ugly individuals, because we feel a joy at feeling superior to them.

On the other hand laughter is useful for health, because it has analgesic qualities. Neurophysiology indicates that laughter is linked with the activation of the ventromedial prefrontal cortex, that produces endorphins.

Drugs like  salvinorin A (the active ingredient of Salvia divinorum) can even induce bursts of uncontrollable laughter.

Kabbala

In the Kabbalah the 19th letter is Quoph 'laughter'. In this context are the figures of laughing belly-Buddhas to see, and Quoph is at the same time assigned with the colon ie. the Sexuality which are closest to the lower vital forces.

Masters and enlightened people do not laugh, but smile at most (dark contemporaries may not laugh either or may only grin), and if, then their laughter is not emotional shaped - at best of conformity reasons, and it has a spiritual background(Ananda).

The lower self and lower nature of the enlightened person was completely overcome in the "battle of Kurukshetra" . Such enlightened people no longer have these drives, and any sex and erotic makes  no impression on them.

Already true initiated student has slain the higher nature-man ABEL in himself, and he has gone the path of CAIN, the path of the 'stranger on earth'. Students on the path have not only regarding the laughter other behavior patterns, as their actions are not so much directed of self-preservation and ego-conservation drive.

Sri Aurobindo sais in SAVITRI : "The lust is the highest wage of falsehood.".

Thus is the laughter a temporary dialectic expression of the primitive human nature, whose overcoming  nowadays leads to communication problems.

After these lines, many readers will probably have passed the laugh und may scold me.

Finally I could still say something about the human ego and flattery, on the self-assertion, the vanity and delusion, or even about the nature of comfort, but whatever ... (or further on this website under introspection).
